Finding a motivating food reward that is also cost effective can be a challenge. Well here is a recipe that has been a big hit with companions. Even those with a picky palate.
Equipment: A standard sized cookie sheet with edges or get fancy with a silicon baking mold.
A pizza cutter. (Trust us here! Knives don't cut it. Well they do, but it is a pain in the butt.)
Ingredients: 4 – 5 oz cans Tuna in water (do not drain)
4 eggs
3 cups flour
Putting it all together:
1. Mix eggs and tuna in a
large bowl, then gradually mix in flour.
2. Spread out over greased
cookie sheet (It must be greased otherwise it'll stick!).
3. Bake at 350 degrees for
40 minutes.
4. Let it cool, cut into strips then squares with your pizza cutter or flip and jiggle that mold, then store.
This recipe makes a lot so you can freeze half and save it for later! Store in your frig for up to 7 days or portion them in ziplocks and place them in the freezer to thaw as needed.
